Through contract, we also commit the tenant to covering repairs up to 500aed (subject to terms), so many of the small repair jobs fall under tenant responsibility. Regular visits of the property during the tenancy means smaller maintenance repairs are carried out rather than large costly repairs as a result of damage being left to deteriate.
Detailed professional content and condition reports detail all items within the property, specialist software developed in the UK, details photographic and written condition statements of walls, flooring, units and furniture. These are signed by the tenant during the move in and then used at the end of a tenancy to ensure the property is returned to the landlord in the same condition. Management visits during a tenancy are scheduled to ensure the tenant is looking after the property and any damage is reported and repaired at the tenants cost.
